Trident Manor Attends the UK OSPAs
Friday, 20th February 2026
This year, the team had the opportunity to attend the 2026 UK Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) and Thought Leadership Summit Event.
Trident Manor was invited to attend the awards ceremony following the announcement that they had been nominated and shortlisted as finalists in two categories:
- Andy Davis - Outstanding Security Consultant
- Level 4 Certificate for Protective Security Advisers – Outstanding Security Training Initiative
While we didn’t win this year, it is an honour to have been named as finalists against such strong competition. The OSPAs cap the number of finalists in each category at 10, and it was announced that some categories had received nearly 50 entries. The team is very proud to have been recognised! Congratulations to the finalists and winners in all categories.
Prior to the awards ceremony, Junior Consultant Hannah Miller was able to attend the 2026 Thought Leadership Summit, which was packed with a lineup of compelling speakers and thought-provoking sessions.
Topics included: partnerships between the private security sector and the police, the implications of Martyn’s law on the SIA and wider security sector, internal and external perceptions of security, and routes for creating a thriving security environment.
Trident Manor firmly believes that attending industry events and speaking to like-minded professionals is crucial for staying abreast of challenges, risks, and emerging industry trends. Thank you to the OSPAs team for putting together a worthwhile programme.
