Trident Manor Exhibits at AIM Conference 2026

Trident Manor was delighted to attend and exhibit at the Association of Independent Museums (AIM) Conference 2026, held on 10–11 June 2026 at the spectacular Ushaw Historic House, Chapels and Gardens in County Durham.

This year's conference theme, "Independent Advantage: Rethinking Your Museum Operating Model," explored what defines a truly successful museum and examined the strategies and approaches that can help cultural heritage organisations thrive in an increasingly challenging environment.

The Trident Manor and International Arts and Antiquities Security Forum (IAASF) teams were pleased to exhibit throughout the conference, showcasing our specialist consultancy services, events, training programmes and support for the cultural heritage sector. The event provided an excellent opportunity to speak with museum and heritage professionals about the challenges they face in protecting their collections, sites, visitors and staff.

Engaging with new contacts and reconnecting with familiar faces from across the sector was a particular highlight for the team. Conferences such as AIM provide valuable opportunities to hear directly from organisations about their priorities and challenges, helping us to better understand how security, resilience and asset protection can support wider organisational objectives.

The conference also provided an opportunity to promote IAASF 2026, with delegates invited to visit our stand and enter our prize draw for a complimentary ticket. We were delighted by the level of interest and the conversations that took place over the two days, and would like to congratulate the lucky winner of the free place!

We would like to thank the Association of Independent Museums for organising an excellent event and extend our gratitude to Ushaw Historic House, Chapels and Gardens for hosting the conference in such a stunning and historic setting.
