The IAASF Committee are delighted to announce that the IAASF Conference will be returning to Redworth Hall Hotel on the 17th - 18th March 2026!

Conflict, political unrest, rising prices, and budget cuts all contribute to economic uncertainty, which directly and indirectly impacts the cultural and heritage sectors. Economic uncertainty also increases the risk posed by adversarial threats, while non-adversarial and environmental hazards continue to pose a problem. Over recent months, there has been a sharp increase in thefts of gold, precious stones, and other assets that are easily transferred into cash or other products favoured by organised crime groups.

This conference will focus on existing threats and those considered to be most relevant in the future. The conference will enable delegates to understand how these threats can impact their organisation and the steps that everybody can take to reduce the risks that exist.

Experts will provide advice and guidance to support the delegates in the proactive management of risks.
